MEET THE CAST

A journey to the heart of FABULOUS!

Adapted from Elliott's 1994 film The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, and scored with a hit parade of dance floor favorites (including “It’s Raining Men,” “I Will Survive,” “Hot Stuff,” “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun,” and “I Love The Nightlife,” ), the musical tells the story of two drag queens and a transgender woman, who contract to perform at a resort town in the remote Australian desert. One member of the trio has been summoned by the wife he left back in the sticks, who is determined to bring about a meeting between him and the son he has never known. Widening comfort zones as they head west aboard their battered old bus (nicknamedPriscilla), the three friends encounter an array of colorful characters, some of whom are fiercely unreceptive to their lifestyle.

A flamboyant, funny, disco-fueled and heart-warming story of self-discovery, sassiness and acceptance.

What a way to make a living!

Based on the 1980 hit movie, this hilarious story of friendship and revenge in the Rolodex era is outrageous, thought-provoking and even a little romantic .Pushed to the boiling point, three female coworkers concoct a plan to get even with their sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical, manipulative and obnoxious boss: kidnap and hold him hostage in his own home while they get the ultimate revenge. But will their plot work? And can a team of secretaries really take control of the company that has always kept them down, and get ahead in the impenetrable boy’s club? Hey, a girl can scheme, can't she? Like the original movie, 9 to 5 is a comedic romp that tackles real issues—like women in the workplace and male/female relationships—while it is busy tickling funny bones. The fast-paced production mixes the daily grind with candy-colored musical theater fluff, tongue firmly planted in cheek.

Three unlikely friends take control of their office and learn there is nothing they can't do, even in a man's world.
